Who we are
Lyber is operated by Tektonik Labs, LLC, doing business as Tektonic Company. These proposed terms cover the Lyber website and API. This draft is not in effect; paid access will open only after the final terms and support details are published.
The service
Lyber provides access to the models that its API currently reports as available. You may use the website or connect a compatible client, including Codex or Hermes. A named model, published price, account balance or signup does not guarantee capacity. Check the selected model's identity, supported features and availability before sending work.
Accounts and API keys
Keep your sign-in, API keys and recovery material secure. An API key authorizes spending from its account; anyone holding it may use that access. Save the private backup and promptly revoke a compromised key. Website sign-in does not reveal a lost key. You must have legal capacity to use the service and authority to act for any organization you represent.
Prepaid credit and payments
Prepaid credit pays for API usage at the applicable published tariff. The payment amount, currency and credit received are shown before checkout. Credit is not a bank deposit, transferable currency or withdrawable USDC. Purchased prepaid credit currently has no scheduled expiry; promotional credit has its own eligibility and campaign rules. Credit purchases are final except as the refund policy describes, including the cancellation rights consumer law gives you. Monthly plan previews are not subscriptions for sale. Any future recurring offer must disclose its billing period, allowance, expiry and cancellation terms before purchase.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for using Lyber lawfully and for having the necessary rights to submit your inputs. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful exploitation, unauthorized access, credential theft, or interference with other customers or infrastructure. Do not bypass account, payment or capacity controls. We may restrict access to contain abuse, a security incident or a legal obligation, and provide an explanation where appropriate.
Model output
AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Review it before relying on it, executing code or sharing it. You retain your rights in your inputs. Any use of output remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights and the selected model's license. Output may resemble another user's output; Lyber does not promise originality, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Availability and changes
Early access may operate in announced, limited windows. Models can become unavailable, and requests may be refused before inference when capacity or credit is insufficient. Check your usage record after an interrupted request; missing output is not proof that no computation occurred. Changes to prices apply to future work under the published price version. Contact support about a billing discrepancy or service failure.
Liability
We will use reasonable care in operating the service and handling billing issues. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free model output. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. The final terms must state any additional limitations before paid access opens; this draft does not introduce a liability cap.
Changes to these terms
The effective version will carry a date. Material changes will be presented before they take effect, with notice appropriate to their impact. An updated draft does not itself activate payments or change an existing payment receipt.
