Before you write

  • Never include your API key or recovery key in a support message.
  • For a payment, include the saved payment ID or the Solana transaction signature.
  • For a request, include the request ID returned with the response.

Lost API key

Website sign-in cannot recover an API key. Restore it from your private backup; rotation and recovery with the separate recovery key use the Lyber CLI.
